Existing clients:

1. If you earned the coupon, then you are an existing client and we will have a record of your available Marlana Minutes coupons. Therefore, you may proceed to the appropriate link below and place your service request indicating that you are purchasing with your Marlana Minutes. We do request that you either know or have verified that you have sufficient Marlana Minutes coupons to complete your purchase.    If when we confirm your purchase, we discover that our records indicate an insufficient number of Marlana Minutes coupons then we will contact you. You can then decide to pay for the services or cancel them.

New Clients:

This occurs if you have received one or more Marlana Minutes coupons as a gift from an existing client. You may use a single Marlana Minutes coupon to purchase any of the $39 or less email based services. For a first telephone session the minimum length is one hour. To use Marlana Minutes for this, you will need to have 6 Marlana Minutes coupons (the session will be no charge).
