Now... let's get on to the fun stuff...
Create a Safe Space:
Be sure to make your appointment at a time and place where
you will be alone, quiet and free from distraction, for about an
hour half or so, even if your appointment is only for an hour.
This will give you time to get things settled and have your
appointment and then relax a bit afterward.
Drink Water before
and during your appointment: Kinesiology
is important for this work. You don't want to spend your appointment
time just getting your body hydrated enough to get good solid answers. At the same time, if you aren't able to do the muscle testing for some reason, don't let this keep you from having a telephone session. We can still do the work. Muscle testing is to help your conscious mind understand that changes are happening. The energetic work, still happens whether or not your muscle testing is clear.
Create a list of
fears, blocks and negative patterns you want to work on:
Just brainstorming is fine. Don't try to word things just right,
we will get down to the bottom of issues when we talk. Just have
some ideas of which direction to go. You can even copy and paste
some of the things that ring true for you from the
Beliefs Page.
The more you prepare for your session, the more you will get out of it, and the more you will be able to change your life to match your intentions. Remember that we are working as a team. You are in charge of the session, I'm with you to support you in knowing how to be in charge of the session and that will echo into being in charge of your life.
